Change "All" in unassigned categories

Hi, where do I change the "All" that shows when there is no category assigned? Is that possible? I looked for it in the db but with no luck.

It can not be changed
Actually it wasn't supposed to be.
What do you want to do ?

well, simply change it to another words, for another language.

it's &group_id=0 or
&force_template=content_list w\o group parameter and so on
