Hello,
I have link like this: http://DOMAIN/category/0/All/ctr/2 but it redirect to homepage.
or also: http://DOMAIN/category/225/Amateur/ctr/2 also redirect to main page

Here is what is in .htaccess:

What is proper way to link to page 2 and so on?

Got it. I added "?" in .htaccess file for category folder
