Hi,

Do you offer paid support? We're experiencing a number of problems with our setup. We have 3 dedicated webservers and 2 dedicated sql servers serving currently 40+ sites... We have updated to the latest version, run any repairs on DB's and have done everything we should. However we're getting downtime on some sites, SQL load spiking, duplicate stats and other problems...

We cannot use our developers to debug anything because you've got it all encrypted and we're at a loss what to do now.

Please let me know who we can speak to FINALLY get this setup working how it is meant to...
