how can I create a new templates ?

hi
I created a new template, and upload the folder of "green" to "/ scj / tube / default_templates / ", but did not appear in the background.If I want to modify the template, only edit the default template?

You have to create new template in Rotation - CMS (create new)
folder with default templates is just a folder with examples

If I create a new "index" template , the default "index" template will be overwritten？

Caz it just doesn't work this way.
Here's an example
/scj/tube/?group_id=...&force_template=...
