Category pages are the same like index page. Why?

I noticed that from time to time, sometimes, my prod is dropping, I open the index page, click on any category thumbs and category pages that open look exactly the same like index page, so visitors don't see galleries.
Why could this be happening?

Don't know, i have not seen something like that before, may be due to server load.

Lemon said to write when i have this problem again to see it.
So, go to
http://www.lazymike.com/ and click on categories, you will see same index page being shown. The same problem was with memcached and now with redis. Cache is just not being generated correctly or such and now needs to wait another span of time to be recreated on other build
