hi, i am having trouble to set remote ftp server, test report all fine, but no thumbs
pls help

So did you add any thumbs ?
what's in logs ?

yes i am adding content, its imported ok if i use local server, but thumbs not getting created on remote ftp, i didnt find anything usefull in logs

ok, did you typed in absolute ftp path starting with / in settings ?

i am seeing this error in logs

2013-03-04 21:03 Grabber : thumb was not created. Please, check IM path or IM string (0.656399011612, 0.000227212905884)
should i use IM path of the remote server ?

Why do you think it's ftp error ?

i dont know if its ftp error, thumbs were created on local server just fine, would you like access to script to see ?

i have absolute path to remote ftp folder, and i started to get the IM message, all works fine when i have local server set

looks like problem solved, it was missing IM string
