ACT Ratio?

I am not able to get hold on what is ACT ratio & what is its importance. Can anyone please explain me?

actual = out / in
Well, it's important if you want to know this ratio and compare it to other traders.

I don't understand. The other day I had one user came from a trade. Script whos me 1000 act ration but no productivity. What does that mean?

actual ration != productivity
Well, you can skip actial ratio parameter I think, it's not something very important.
