I have set up the discount for bad countries group but looks, like it does not work properly. Countries are properly detected with geoip and the stats show right. However, I have some trades, which send mostly traffic from bad countries group - even with 90 discount, they are way too well returned and high on outlist.

Do I understand the mechanism here right - if I set discount of 90 for group and trade X sends 100 hits/clicks from only this group, the algo should take it as 10 hits/clicks? If so, no idea why it seems not to work in my case.

Right, but actually there are 2 fields : clicks (real clicks) and quality (actually also clicks but with discount)
So if you are looking at regilar clicks - you'll see the same numbers
Discount actually lowers productivity and since usually return is based on owed hits - trader should get less return hits.

So first of all output 'quality' columns . Do you have any numbers less then 100% there ?
