I need a big HELP

Hi all,
I'm building a tgp site and i would like to learn everything about trade traffic by web sites. Unfortunnaly I'm new and I couldn't find any good explanation about this. I got only some confused information around but it ended up to make a great mess in my head. So now i found this script that allows you to run the trade traffic and i would buy it but I still don't know a lot of things so i'd prefer to start from the begin if you would help me.
- with this script am i able to sell and buy traffic from other sites and all data concerned it will be reported on smartCJ? so i can keep an eye on it?
- i already have smart thumbs installed on my tgp, is it possible to have even smartCJ running at the same time?
any other general information you could give me will be very appreciated.
