Filter categories by a custom_var1

You can output some 'special' categories with a filter by a custom var, for example
<category category_custom_var1=test num=1-10>
<!--CATEGORY_NAME-->
</category>
<category category_custom_var1=test num=1-10>
<!--CATEGORY_NAME-->
</category>
