You can mix model thumbs and some sponsor\broker code so those extra thumbs (ads in fact) look like your regular thumbs
For example
then you create subtemplate "inline" with ads that look like your thumbs, that "inline" subtemplate will be used 2 time (inline_thumbs=2) within example macro.
