Its there a way to clean cache faster?

The URL field in rot_galleries ... which is the URL the thumb links out to (the gallery). to be more clear.

Some pages are cached for a longer time , so what url do you check ?

Please, post urls w\o rewrites if you use custom rewrites.

This page should be cached for Cache Time from settings.

Are you sure it is not ?

There seems to have been a long delay, but sites are slowly beginning to send more and more traffic, so i suppose the cache or whatever was slowing things down is expiring and updating.

it's easy.
Add something like 'test' to template and check your page in 15 minutes.
It should be there

The page itself seems fine, its the link that SCJ is choosing. When I clicked a thumb that should go to New Domain, it instead goes to Old Domain, even though in List Thumbs that particular thumb shows the New Domain as the URL .. it was like it had stored in cache or memory or whatever the old URL still, even if the page design and everything else woudl update according to the cache time settings.

Is this making sense?

I need to go through network this afternoon again but appears most thumbs have now updated, but it took 24+ hours after manually updating the URLs in the database.
