Sorry, but can't get your question.
Just find out that the problem is in special symbols in the name of category "(18+)"
There is no such problem with categories with 2 words without "(18+)"
So, this is working:
http://filthlab.com/category/First%20Time/
But this is not:
http://filthlab.com/category/Teen%20(18+)/

Obviously I should remove all (18+) from the category names, and use custom var at pages

Yes, or you can use "custom name"
