Isn't it easier to give you an access to the admin to see what happen?
Btw, can I edit gallery_grabber.log while Grabber is running? I just want to delete old records to reduce its size.

it starts to make some dupes again. Now there is no cron issue:
2017-07-11 03:08:13: Rotation Started (0.0003349781036377, 0.00033807754516602)
2017-07-11 03:09:13: Rotation Started (0.00019311904907227, 0.00019598007202148)
2017-07-11 03:10:13: Rotation Started (0.00019502639770508, 0.0001990795135498)
