The server was running at 1.00 before the changes that I made.
Admin says, that mysql is using almost all CPU.

I wouldnt mind the high load.
But category pages need like 30 seconds to build or display if they are not yet cached. Sometimes more.
Also embed pages take much longer to display now.

No, it looks not ok.
The sites are not even live now, since I switched the frontends to another script.

It takes 40 seconds to build a category page.

And you can easily see that something is wrong looking at prod.
If this cant be fixed I need to reinstall with new databases.

traffic is going to index.shtml

scj site is on index.php and is not getting traffic at all now
