List Tags with a certain amount of galleries

Ok, i did an update, there is still the same problem. It lists the tags less the tags containing less than the min_gallery_count=. So tag_cloud order=alphabet num=1-20 min_gallery_count=50 it usually list less than 20 tags.

It works better but there is one little problem.

<tag_cloud order=alphabet num=1-20 min_gallery_count=3> this one list only 19 tags when the others ( for example: <tag_cloud order=alphabet num=21-40 min_gallery_count=3> are listing 20 tags. It's weird.
