Done, i made it
It was my mistake because when i searched in php.ini short_open_tag i found it commented, i have uncommented it and set value On but i didnt try to find it again, and now i searched again and found one uncommented with value Off, setted it On and now the sitemap is generating, but i have changed in .htaccess ^gallery/ ... to ^video/ it is possible to set the sitemap with the new value ^video/.. instead of ^gallery/.. because is generating with gallery.
