Urgent Help Needed

Need help please.

We are using HP version 5.6.37 Mysql Version: 10.11.6-MariaDB on SmartCJ Pro V 2.1

We are getting some injection which we cleared but on some it's keep coming back. We need to updgrade php 7 or above to protect the server and other thing but issue is

Fatal error: The file /home/html/smartcjsites/domain.com/public_html/247mg/cgi/index.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.6 and cannot run under PHP 7.1 or later. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for PHP 7.1. in Unknown on line 0.

What to do please? We try to reinstall the script but same issue after that, even the admin area is saying this,

2. injection - 99% you have some PHP code in your templates , did you check it ?
