1) не грабится РСС сгенерированный стримротатором. При этом простой импорт работает. Куда смотреть?

Итого: если открыть /scj/admin/test.php то должно быть
REMOTE_ADDR - мой IP
SERVER_ADDR (SERVER_IP) - IP сервера
HTTP_FORWARDED_FOR (или HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR) а вот тут мой ИП
Сервер без апач, домен под CloudFlare
Что прописывать в нгинкс надо?

You are behind proxy. This is not an error if you really use proxy. In other case check your SERVER settings. If you use nginx - check WIKI article 'nginx'
Mysql Table Engine: looks like mysql DB tables (rot_gallery_info, rot_gallery_stats1) are not of InnoDB format. it's good idea to tune mysql and use innodb table format for rot_* tables. Please, read wiki for mysql tuning hints.

в rotation.log не последнеие строки а поискать что-то importset надо с урлом который вы импортируете

те добавлен импорт сет но про него нчего в логе нет
