Internal Error 500

hello, i have sucessfull install script but i dont know why when i try login admin and i got Internal Server Error 500, i already follow all step.

So you see an error, contact admin to fix it.
It's not a script's issue.

i already change UID to current but it's keeping Erorr without any log now

I can only suggest you to google ot to find an admin.
It's a permission related problem, not script.
