I think currently when using related thumbs with tags for custom galleries, sometime the related items arent too accurate, probably because the system only relate one tag for all entries. I think in order to relate more accurate results, admin can think about integrate relate thumb using tag and sphinx, like one gallery has 4 tags and it will search for them in sphinx index and relate them back, it will be much more load but result will be much accurate.
