crypto scam sites using my out.php

Hi... Someone is using my out.php to redirect to malware / crypto scam sites.... Is it possible to stop shady people to use my out.php? Some script config, htaccess etc ?

Google just has sent an email warning about this issue regarding Deceptive pages and Social engineering content

site was also blocked by Google Safe Browsing

The site was not hacked... its just that redirects

For FHGs that redirects to other URL.... should I added both domains/subdomains, or only the primary domain?

like this one:

http://join.ladyboygold.com/gallery/blabla goes to https://hosted.ladyboygold.com/gallery/blabla

Also, is possible add this feature to v1?
