Categories and SubCategories Rules

Hello,

- Let's say i create categories: "Straight", "Gay", "Trans"

- And filter Keywords "Gay" in "Gay" category.

- I add a subcategory "Amateur" in "Gay" category.

Will Filter Keywords "Gay" in "Gay" category apply to all subcategories ( for example "Amateur" )?

Or should I put "Gay" filter keywords also in all subcategories of "Gay" category?
