Licence file for a couple of sites did not auto renew and sites went blank. Have sent you PM am trying to cancel now and see if it works. Please check asap.

Pressed Cancel but it just shows "Processing Request" since 2 hours. Sites have gone blank and there is no way to fix them without your help.
