How does Traffic Sell work? Suppose I have site with 100k and I want to sell 2% of traffic to a broker how do I do it?

So for both Trade clicks and URL clicks I must set value of 2 to sell 2% of traffic? Whats Difference between trade clicks and URL clicks?

when user clicks on a click he can be sent to a trader or content, right?

Yes thats correct:
1.) user clicks he goes to trader is % Trade clicks.
2.) user clicks goes to content % URL clicks
Whats the weight variable there? I see its 100 by default

you can add 2 sell url and sell some %% to each
