In such case... what do you mean by gallery?
In my opinion this one https://www.tube8.com/fetish/hot-19-year-old/8668141/ is a URL to video (like the one I gave you).
It has nothing to do with URLs to galleries like https://pics.vc/watch?g=9d1322a3330e6ed ... 6e1cb7891e

But I think I got your question.
You probably mean that "URL to video" is a direct URL to video file, don't you? Like sometube.com/video/video.mp4
And sponsor page with a single video and tons of ads hosted on their end is a "gallery".
In this case if I don't have a direct video URL, how can I (or can I) setup duration for the video?

Is it correct to import such "gallery" URLs using "URL" option in your parser? If not, what should I choose?

that's correct.

Yes

Smartcj parser can not detect video length of a video file at a random gallery (it can if you import a direct URL of a video file), that's why you need to import video duration as a part of import pattern
Don't forget to run script update
