I've used both:
*/1 * * * * cd /home/XXXXX/public_html/scj/bin; env HTTP_HOST=mylicensedhost.com /usr/bin/php -q rotation.php
and
php -q /home/XXXXX/public_html/scj/bin/rotation.php
Both have the same message.
