What is Rotation - Pages? How should I know if I use it or not?

Can you please explain what it is? I didn't find any information about it.

Recreate pages every X minutes
(last reset was 1 minutes ago)

It always says 0 minutes ago or 1 minute ago. It seems to recreate pages non stop.

The value is set at 90 minutes but it keeps doing it every minute
The issue is the value is like is being ignored

and looked at this area

The part that is slow is the actual process of the pool getting smaller and active growing larger
While the queue is staying the same

The activation from pool speed is my issue

grab speed is fine it just stoped being fast when i started activating from pool by the method i told you

So you mean that while the videos are being sent from pool to Active the system is to bothered to grab from the queue ?

Is there absolutely no way to speed up the approving process?
Sending from pool to active seems to take more then actually grabbing the videos.

preload.log is 28.20 MB of "i have no idea what i'm looking at"
