since then are both subtemplates on each template the first code does not appear. Only the code from the second subtemplate shows on the pages.

I have the following on all templates in the sub template area. I do not see the trading happening.

Also, how do I make trades work without showing the out.php in the url? I currently have:

I suspect this is one of the trades of the cost of the free script but it leads to a broken url can it be removed
