I can see the file in the directory and i can open it

i have installed the script and got following mesage:

"Downloading script files
100% downloaded
Done
Making config.php
ERROR 2005 (HY000): Unknown MySQL server host 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:3306' (-2)"

if i open then the url http://xxx.xxx/scj/admin/ and enter password i get a Server Error 500 ...
