Incoming : don't count every IP that appears more than 20 times
during last 20 minutes


Check IP List
Outgoing : don't count every IP that appears more than 40 times
during last 5 minutes



so these are the defaults, and its a fantastiv feature, I understand this is how you can "save yourself" from trade that sends you lots og non unique IP!

I even reduced incoming to 15 times for 20 mins

but my question, why there is huge difference bw incoming rule and outgoing rule?

why its not the same?
