Search form is not working

Hello,

1. I have created my own design for Smart CJ at http://hellsextube.com/ but I don`t know what to do with the search form. At this moment is not working and is creating the links like:

http://hellsextube.com/?search=teen

2. Is possible to have related tags on video page?

I have done the last update and I got this message:

Updates and news ( Your last update # : 1 )

And when I hit the search I have this results:

Sorry, there was an error. Please, reload page in a minute.

This is my htaccess for search:

I give you an example for related tags:

We have a video from anal tag, so the related tags we will have: amateur anal, ass sex, ebony anal, first time anal ... etc.
