Build 201809071605 update problem

Updated to Build 201809071605 and got huge problem wituh site:

0 clicks, everything shows 0 and ! ! ! red color, site is working though, admin area is not working and multiadmin is now working
Please do something - let me get back to previous version or fix this one please...

What exectly does not work?
I see just a warning on that screen
What can I tell using that info?

ok it is done - I needed to clear cache and make update again, so all is good now

dear perfect, I had the same error, but you needed to clear and make update again, I know all is good and that's it, simpler than it ahahaha
