tcms <!--SCJ_ROTIN--> issues

Adding <!--SCJ_ROTIN--> to tcms expands to

write('/scj/cgi/rot_in.php?

the first problem is the assumption that scj is the default install dicrectory

and rot_in.php does not exist in the cgi directory

You can use another tag
<!--SCJ_COUNT_VIEWS-->
instead of that one.

It doesn't inject any code into html.
