Hi,
After I upgraded the scripts and tuned mysql as per your advice I noticed mysql errors in the mysql_error.log of all the sites.I have emailed you logs of 1 site.Here are some of the errors,its too long so keeping it to 3 lines for each error.

Site 1

These are just a few, similar errors repeated in other sites from dates June 4th - Today.

After asking our admin to check here is what he said:

"I checked mysql on your ds10 server and there are not any errors with any database or table in mysql. The errors you listed all appear to be coding errors in the queries being run on mysql, so i would suggest you contact the developer for assistance.These are invalid queries being passed to mysql."

Could you please let me know how to fix these invalid queries.I have had a big drop in traffic
on all my sites since these errors started coming.

Clean up error file and lemme know if you'll get any new errors there.

Hi,
I re-ran the upgrades on all the sites.And cleaned the error logs as per your advice.So far there are no errors.If any errors come I will inform you.When checking my cron logs I noticed this a lot in the cron logs for all sites:

2013-06-17 15:57 AntiCheat: following IPs was NOT counted (too many hits within short time interval): 66.249.74.173 (24 hits within 20 minutes) <br> (0.040555000305176, 0.0056548118591309)

Looked up the IP and it was googlebot.I have turned off auto cheat system on all websites for now.
Can you please tell me how to not block any Search engine crawlers from the sites as I have seen big drop in google traffic on all my sites since the time I upgraded the script to v1.50
